Warranty and Support

The products are covered by a warranty of at least two years (the legal minimum), but many of the companies whose products we sell actually offer longer warranties.

In partnership with these companies, Ferroni offers free support for five years after purchase. If you encounter a problem with the furniture during the warranty period, simply request a visit by one of our technicians.

In cases of defects or other issues arising from the products, we will resolve the problems free of charge.

For any problems with the appliances, the warranty is such that the repair work may only be carried out by the authorised service centre.

Do not attempt to resolve the problems yourself, and make sure that you retain your receipt.
